Conditions

By accessing or using the 66iii Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 66iii with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and must not attempt to register an Account or access any services offered at 66iii.vip.

To register and maintain an Account on the 66iii Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 66iii is strictly an adults-only platform.
• You must be the rightful owner of the payment method(s) you use to deposit funds into your Account.
• You must not be a Prohibited Person as defined in Clause 1 of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a 66iii employee or contractor in a role with access to platform operational systems.
• You must not currently hold an active 66iii Account under any other username or identity.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or placing wagers.

66iii does not make representations about the legal status of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your location before doing so. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

Each eligible individual may hold one Account only on the 66iii Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended or permanently closed, with any balance subject to forfeiture.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and your preferred Indonesian payment method. You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. 66iii will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

66iii reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any Account registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, where it determines that doing so is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform, comply with applicable regulations, or safeguard the interests of other players.

66iii operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme as part of its commitment to platform security, responsible gaming, and regulatory compliance. KYC verification may be triggered at any time, including but not limited to:

• First withdrawal request from a new Account.
• Cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds.
• Identification of unusual account activity or patterns inconsistent with normal player behaviour.
• Any instance where 66iii has reason to question the accuracy of Account information provided.

When KYC is initiated, you will be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID (national identity card / KTP, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of Age: Any of the above documents clearly displaying your date of birth confirming you are 21 or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation showing ownership of the BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja account used for deposits.

All documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Document data is used exclusively for verification purposes and is not shared with third parties except where required by law or by our licensed payment processors.

Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is complete. 66iii is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by a Player's failure to provide the requested documentation in a timely manner.

6.1 Deposits. 66iii accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported deposit methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 66iii does not accept deposits made from payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the Player having passed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 15 minutes during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) banking hours. 66iii makes reasonable efforts to extend processing coverage for WITA (UTC+8) and WIT (UTC+9) time zones.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed where:

• The Account has passed the required KYC checks.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been fully satisfied.
• No pending security review, fraud investigation, or account dispute is active on the Account.
• The withdrawal request does not exceed any daily or weekly limits set by 66iii's treasury operations team.

6.4 Refused Transactions. 66iii reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably believes to be connected with fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, 66iii will notify the Player and may request additional documentation before processing any funds.

66iii offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook offers), and expiry periods are disclosed on each individual offer page.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the offer is explicitly designated as recurring or reloadable.
• 66iii reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from it — where it determines that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts, combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted, or exchanged for cash outside of the standard withdrawal pathway.
• 66iii will not alter or restrict bonus terms retroactively after a Player has already claimed and commenced wagering under that offer.

Players who have active bonus funds in their bonus wallet may be restricted from withdrawing their real-money Balance until the bonus wagering requirement is either completed or the bonus is forfeited. The option to forfeit an active bonus and restore full withdrawal access is available from within Account settings at any time.

All games available on the 66iii Platform — including slots, live casino tables, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, live roulette, sportsbook markets, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets — are governed by game-specific rules published within each game environment or product section.

8.1 Random Number Generation. All slot and table game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). 66iii's RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognised international testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available on request.

8.2 Sportsbook. Sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFC Cup, and Piala AFF — are subject to the 66iii Sportsbook Rules document. In the event of a match being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, the relevant settlement rule (void, re-scheduled, or result-standing) will be applied as specified in the Sportsbook Rules.

8.3 Disputed Results. If a Player believes a game outcome is incorrect, they must contact support within 72 hours of the disputed result. 66iii will review the game log and, where a technical error is confirmed, credit the correct outcome to the Player's Account. Decisions made following a full review are final and binding.

8.4 Voided Wagers. 66iii reserves the right to void any wager placed as a result of a manifest error in pricing, odds, or game configuration. Where a wager is voided, the original stake is returned to the Player's Balance in full.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 66iii Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings arising from a confirmed exploit will be void.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets.
• Using fraudulent or stolen payment credentials, or depositing funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts to circumvent promotional restrictions or Account limits.
• Providing false identity information or submitting fraudulent KYC documents.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 66iii staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.

All content on the 66iii Platform — including but not limited to the 66iii brand name, logo, design elements, written content, game interfaces, software architecture, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of 66iii or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Spribe, Microgaming, and NetEnt).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 66iii.

Any unauthorised use of 66iii intellectual property — including scraping content, reproducing game screenshots, or creating derivative branding — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may be subject to legal action.

The 66iii Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While 66iii makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and performance, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 66iii shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device failures, or third-party payment provider outages.
• Losses attributable to a Force Majeure event as defined in Clause 1.
• Inaccuracies in third-party data feeds used for sportsbook pricing or live score displays.

In any event where 66iii is found liable, the total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the value of real-money deposits made to your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

66iii is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment. We encourage all Players to treat gaming as entertainment, not as a financial strategy. The following tools are available to all registered Players from within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) without permanently closing it.

66iii reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Determination that the Account holder is a Prohibited Person (underage, self-excluded, or otherwise ineligible).
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in a KYC request notice.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other financial crime.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 9.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute instruction from a payment provider in connection with a deposit.

Upon closure of an Account for cause, 66iii reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, 66iii may forfeit the Balance in full. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money Balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any remaining eligible Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

66iii reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 66iii will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are significant, will notify registered Players by email or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

We recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of any updates. The version history reference (e.g., "Version 3.1") at the top of this page is updated with each substantive revision to assist in tracking changes over time.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 66iii holds its operating licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed to Players upon written request to [email protected].

In the event of a dispute between you and 66iii, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team, who will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter informally within 10 business days. If the matter cannot be resolved through informal dialogue, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the governing jurisdiction for formal resolution.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, to the extent such laws are applicable and cannot be excluded by contract.
